This aim of such projects is the modification of the OEM Water Waste and potable water system including the connection of additional water tanks and the rerouting of the existing wastewater and fresh water lines to the dedicated locations of the VIP floor plan.
Based on existing OEM information, extensive aircraft review and close communication with the completion center we had to find the best routings and easiest way to modify the system.
To avoid surprises in the projects, 3D rapid prototyping has been used sometimes to validate most critical part before starting the production.
