The Aersolution electrical actuated VIP Bed Kinematic has a modular build up. We can provide beds with adjustable back-rest only, beds with adjustable back-rest and leg-rest and upon request, combined with 3° in-flight pitch compensation for high comfortable and full flat in-flight sleeping experience.

The Aersolution two-place convertible divan-bed is a divan system with the capability to be converted into a full-size, comfortable bed. The bed comes with a bed support leg which will automatically be moved down in position once the bed structure is fully extended and locked. All the required cushions for the bed configuration are on or stowed within the divan-bed structure.

The Day Bed has been designed for an A330 VIP Interior and is located in the Cinema area. The unique design allows converting the unit from a sofa/divan configuration into a fully flatbed.
During the transition from the seating to the bed position, the passenger can stay on the divan and relax.
The various motor configuration always ensures that gaps of the mattresses are always minimized during the translation sequence.
An additional lateral tracking system ensures that the most possible outboard position of the backrest keeps a constant distance to the cinema screen.

The target of this fantastic project was to have a standard hospital intensive care medical bed in an aircraft certified for TTOL. And….. Aersolution achieved it.
