e-SLIDE POCKET DOOR

The **e-SLIDE Pocket Door** is an innovative, electrically operated mechanism for sliding doors in aircraft. Its **self-supporting design**, combined with specially developed door mounting hardware featuring a **shear pin**, allows the door leaves to be constructed without disruptive blowout panel joints. As a result, the entire door leaf can function as a **decompression panel**.

At the core of this mechanism is the **Aerolution Door Motion Controller**, which features an integrated **"Automatic Teach-In" function** and offers more than ten adjustable force and speed levels. Another key innovation is the fully integrated **electrical DUAL LOCKING system**, which provides **galvanically isolated door position signals** to monitor door status within the aircraft door control system. Thanks to this hardware-based feedback system, manual door locking for the **TTOL phase** (Taxi, Takeoff, Landing) is no longer required, enabling **100% electric operation** without manual intervention.

Additional integrated features include:
- **CAN-based communication** for synchronized double-door operation
- **Privacy mode** for enhanced discretion
- **TTOL cockpit door control**, which initiates an automated jam sequence
- **Electronic force monitoring** for safe and reliable door operation

Even in the event of a complete power failure, the door can always be manually moved to its designated **safety position**. These mechanical functions operate in parallel with the electronic system. The system detects activation of the mechanical override and automatically resets the door system as soon as power is restored.

A standout feature of this system is its **ease of installation and precise adjustment options**. The entire mechanism can be inserted and secured into the **door recess (POCKET)** from the passage side. Additionally, all position adjustments of the door leaf can be made from the side, eliminating the need to move the entire mechanism. This allows for precise alignment of the door against the installed bulkheads.

e-SLIDE HANGING DOOR
0.00 CHF 0.0 CHF
The e-SLIDE overhead door is a new electrically operated mechanism for aircraft sliding doors. It is designed for a suspended sliding door construction and utilizes the same safety requirements as the e-Slide Pocket Door.

The main component of this mechanism is the Aerolution Door Motion Controller, which has an integrated "Automatic Teach-In" function and ten levels of adjustable force and speed values. Another innovation is the fully integrated electrical DUAL LOCKING system with galvanically isolated door position signals for recognizing the door status in the aircraft door control system. This hardware-based feedback system eliminates the need for the usual manual door locking for the TTOL phase and enables 100% electrical operation of the door without manual intervention.

Other integrated functions include CAN-based communication of double doors, privacy mode, a TTOL cockpit door control that triggers an automatic blocking sequence, and electronic force monitoring for safe door operation.

The door can be manually moved to the intended safety position at any time, even in the event of a complete power failure. These mechanical functions are superimposed on the electronic functions. The system also recognizes the activation of these mechanics and automatically resets the door system as soon as the power supply is restored.
